US President George W. Bush will make a statement from his Texas ranch tomorrow on efforts to end the Middle East crisis, the White House announced today. Mr Bush will speak from his Prairie Chapel property, accompanied by US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who has been at the ranch since yesterday for talks on ending fighting between Israel and Hezbollah.
