40-year-old Michigan man who was known for his vigilante work that exposed child predators was shot to death on Friday night in Detroit. The Oakland County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) says that Robert Lee of Pontiac was at Universal Coney Island that night confronting a person he believed was a pedophile at a restaurant, WJBK reports. New details have emerged about the days and hours leading up to a deadly shooting at a Michigan high school. Officials said on the day of the shooting, the parents of suspect Ethan Crumbley, came to the school to meet with teachers about multiple behavioral problems the 15-year-old had. Nugent and Bouchard, the Oakland County, Michigan, sheriff, met with supporters tonight before the "Motor City Madman" performed at a Sault Sainte Marie casino. Bouchard faces Troy minister Keith Butler in the August-eighth G-O-P primary. The winner will face incumbent Democratic Senator Debbie Stabenow in November. Stabenow leads Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard 49% to 33%. Bouchard recently re-entered the race after withdrawing for health reasons. Keith Butler trails Stabenow by 19 percentage points, 52% to 33%. Before Bouchard's re-entry, Butler was considered the frontrunner on the GOP side of the aisle. <p>Michael R. Bouchard, who supervised the ATF's investigation and apprehension of Washington snipers John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo, will also be responsible for oversight of ATF personnel who inspect federally licensed firearms and explosives dealers and manufacturers, and for all criminal investigators focusing on illegal firearms and explosives matters, arson, violent gangs, and alcohol and tobacco diversion.</p>
