Australia is seeking a 10-year Through-Life-Support arrangement from the United States for 24 MH-60R helicopters. The U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency, in its notification to Congress of a possible Foreign Military Sale to Australia, said the arrangement would include provisions of associated equipment, parts and logistical support for an estimated cost of $1.6 billion. Denmark is eyeing the purchase of 12 MH-60R Seahawk Multi-Mission Helicopters under the Foreign Military Sales program. The U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency, in its notification to Congress, said the sale of the helicopters, associated parts, equipment and logistical support for them is worth about $2 billion.
