    Imagine if you could Quantum Leap into the Pope. What would you do? Well, since you don't know how long you could be a Pope you better start issuing decrees that you think could do some good. But what decrees? IMHO, the best decree the Pope could issue that would do the most good is issue a blanket EXCOMMUNICATION of all Mexican cartel members.
