Multiple Videos at Link......... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Earlier this week the DOJ charged infamous Fedsurrection provocateur Ray Epps with a single misdemeanor account of “disorderly conduct. Despite what the increasingly desperate regime media would have us think, it is simply ridiculous to think that such a weak misdemeanor charge, issued nearly three years after January 6th, could possibly quell suspicions regarding the true nature of Epps’ involvement in the January 6th Fedsurrection. As demonstrated extensively in a recent Revolver piece, this recent move only makes the regime look clumsy and utterly desperate to salvage the crumbling narrative regarding Epps and January 6th....

Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, on Wednesday grilled Attorney General Merrick Garland during a hearing about what has been known as the administration's "domestic terrorist" parents memorandum, which brought intense pushback from parents around the country. Roy pressed Garland on the memo directing the FBI to use counterterrorism tools relating to parents speaking out at school board meetings against K-12 curriculum and agendas with which they disagreed, such as critical race theory and gender ideology-related policies in schools. After Roy repeatedly asked Garland whether the memo was rescinded, the attorney general finally acknowledged that it wasn't. "There's nothing to rescind," Garland...

Merrick Garland got emotional for a second time during a Judiciary hearing on Wednesday when talking about his family's Jewish ancestry. The Attorney General got into a heated exchange with Republican Rep. Jeff Van Drew when asked whether Garland, who is Jewish, believes traditional Catholics are violent extremists. Van Drew was pointing to the creation by two Pacific Coast FBI field offices that wrote a memo claiming traditional Catholics are domestic terrorists. 'The idea that someone with my family background would discriminate against any religion is so outrageous! So absurd!' Garland shot at Rep. Van Drew during a tense back-and-forth....

Below is my column in the Hill on the upcoming filing of the Justice Department on proposed redactions to the affidavit that led to the Mar-a-Lago raid. It will be the fifth chance for Attorney General Merrick Garland to take a modest step to assure concerned citizens over the basis or motivation for the raid. Here is the column: In a three-minute press conference following the FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, Attorney General Merrick Garland cut a defiant figure, condemning critics of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI: “I will not stand by silently when their...

The media have been quick to rubbish Attorney General Merrick Garland for his failure so far to indict former President Trump over the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. They have tarred him with epithets worthy of Trump himself, such as "Merrick the Mild" and "Merrick the Meek." And a host of former prosecutors and law professors have criticized his inaction, saying that Garland needs to indict Trump to vindicate the rule of law. We don't know for certain, but it appears that Garland's Justice Department has yet to convene a grand jury to investigate the affair. Were they...

2,000 Mules, The Background of the 2020 Election FraudJanuary 30, 2022 | Sundance | 392 CommentsCTH continues to be cautious with measured expectations around this story, because a thoroughly corrupt and politically compromised DOJ has possessed all of this information for almost a year. {GO DEEP} There will be a response. Likely a massive, coordinated and weaponized response from the totality of the most politically corrupt DC system in our nation’s history, every branch, and their aligned ideologues outside government.First, the preview: EXPLOSIVE New Surveillance Footage of Ballot Drop Boxes ***** No one wants to join Michael Hastings, and yet...

Newt Gingrich: All of these people who’ve been so tough and so mean and so nasty are going to be delivered subpoenas for every document, every conversation, every tweet, every email because I think it’s clear these are people who just literally running over the law, pursuing innocent people, causing them to spend thousands and thousands of dollars in legal fees for no justification. And it’s basically a lynch mob and unfortunately, the Attorney General of the United States has joined that lynch mob and is totally misusing the FBI. And I think when we have a Republican Congress this...

Eleven people including Stewart Rhodes, the leader and founder of the right-wing militia group the Oath Keepers, have been indicted on charges of seditious conspiracy, marking an escalation of the Justice Department’s investigation into the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 last year. An indictment unsealed Thursday accused Mr. Rhodes, 56 years old, of organizing an armed plot to storm the Capitol and stop the certification of President Biden’s election victory. The case marks the first time the Justice Department has filed charges of sedition in connection with the attack and comes days after Attorney General Merrick Garland...

A man in black bloc behaving suspiciously near a right-wing rally outside the Pinellas County Courthouse in Florida on Jan. 6 was apprehended by deputies after he tried fleeing on foot. Garrett James Smith, 22, was arrested and found carrying an active pipe bomb, Antifa propaganda and a written document on what to bring for his direct action. He had recently returned from Portland, Ore. "He was running fast, he was running away from something," Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said at a press conference on Friday. Smith was purportedly targeting dozens of the attendees of a rally protesting the...

The Department of Justice today announced a new rule to help enable the safe and secure storage of firearms and published a Best Practices Guide for federal firearms licensees (FFLs). This new rule implements the existing Gun Control Act requirement that federal firearms licensees that sell firearms to the general public (non-licensees) must certify that they have available secure gun storage or safety devices. “Today’s announcements build on the department’s efforts to reduce the risk of firearms falling into the wrong hands,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “Gun safety is a Department of Justice priority, and we will continue...

In an odd announcement that came from the Department of Justice on Monday, federal officials now are requiring that firearms retailers certify that they are selling gun safes, or similar products. The DOJ explained its new rule is "to help enable the safe and secure storage of firearms" and "implements the existing Gun Control Act requirement that federal firearms licensees that sell firearms to the general public must certify that they have available secure gun store or safety devices." Merrick Garland, the attorney general, cast the rule in the light of gun safety. "We will continue to take all appropriate...

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that he was “concerned” former President Donald Trump had not yet been indicted. Anchor Dana Bash said, “I want to ask you about something a federal judge said, overseeing some of the January 6 cases. He said in a court hearing this month that the rioters that day were ‘Called to Washington, D.C., by an elected official prompted to walk to the Capitol by an elected official, those who created the conditions that led to their conduct have in no meaningful measure been held accountable.’ He appears to...

The FBI is asking for an extra helping this Thanksgiving in tracking down people who were involved in the Capitol riot. The bureau's Chicago field office sent a tweet Thursday, stuffed with hashtags, requesting members of the public consider reporting fellow holiday dinner-goers if they look like someone who may have been involved in the unlawful entry and violence that took place in the nation's capital on Jan. 6. "See this smiling face at your table tonight? The #FBI continues to seek tips about those involved in the violence at the U. S. #CapitolBuilding on #January6th. Call 1-800-CALL-FBI with tips...

How does playing partisan politics interfere with enforcing the law? Let’s examine the massacre at Parkland High in 2018. The Federal Bureau of Investigation, once comprised of the best and brightest in law enforcement, has for some time now been more concerned with pushing the Democrat agenda than stopping criminals and terrorists. The list of recent FBI failures is well-known and extensive. Our feeble Feebs failed to stop the first bombing of the World Trade Center, the 9/11 attacks, the Fort Hood slaughter, the Orlando nightclub shooting, the San Bernardino massacre, and the sexual abuse of underage female Olympic gymnasts....

Sherronna Bishop is a mother of three from Grand Junction, Colorado who has been active in protesting against her “woke” local school board and protecting election integrity. She runs the website AmericasMom.net, which features an article and video titled “We the Parents: How Did We Get Here?” On Tuesday morning, Bishop was home with her family preparing to homeschool her children when she heard a knock on the door, and she was stunned to open it to see FBI officials preparing to raid her house. Bishop claims that the agents “manhandled” her 18-year-old daughter, pulling her upstairs by her hoodie...

Even as the Department of Justice Inspector General released a report this week criticizing the politicization of the department, the FBI on Tuesday raided the homes of a Republican election official and several of her associates in Mesa County, Colo., in connection with a dispute about efforts to preserve 2020 election files. In collaboration with state and county law enforcement, the FBI raided the homes of Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters, Colorado Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert's former campaign manager Sherronna Bishop, and two others. The FBI operations targeting skeptics of the 2020 election results follow the bureau's raids...

CHICAGO, Illinois — Black Lives Matter activist Troy Gaston told Breitbart News that the federal government should file murder charges against Kyle Rittenhouse. Gaston’s comments to Breitbart followed a speech at a “Stop White Supremacy!” rally in Chicago on Saturday. On stage, Gaston told the assembled protesters that the acquittal in the Kyle Rittenhouse case sent a message “telling us to be silent under the threat of complete violence.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) called the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse “heartbreaking” and said that it sets a “dangerous precedent.” He’s now calling on the Department of Justice to review the verdict. “This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ,” Nadler tweeted. “Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest.” Rittenhouse did not cross state lines with an AR-15, but was, in fact, provided with the weapon earlier in the day. Looting and rioting are also...
