The SPCA Monterey County Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center rescued a Common Murre with a disposable mask wrapped around and deeply embedded in its wing, on Monday. The bird was found near Lover’s Point Beach in Pacific Grove one local, Kevin Abedini who was on a late morning jog.
