Mike Johnson is angry today, or at least irritated. Some of his Democratic colleagues “stormed” his office, and he’s talking about what they did: berating a Capitol police officer who was posted to guard the place, tearing down a sign inside the office, and so on. House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La) told ABC's "This Week" host George Stephanopoulos that Trump had a legal requirement to ensure that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was rooting out corruption before Trump could legally send foreign aid to Ukraine. The story accompanying the headline details the chaos and despair engulfing New Orleans as its residents try to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
