If you’ve been watching the polls in the Wisconsin Senate race, you’ve seen the Republican Eric Hovde making it a competitive race with the incumbent Democrat Tammy Baldwin. You’ve also seen someone named Thomas Leager showing up at 2 percent or so in some polls. Who is Leager?
