Prosser Jr. as the winning candidate in the April 5, 2011 election for Supreme Court Justice, following a recount of ballots conducted by Boards of Canvassers in Wisconsin’s 72 counties.  The Board’s certification notes that Justice Prosser received a total of 752,694 votes and that JoAnne F. With all 3,602 reporting units recounted, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting Justice David Prosser has beaten challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg by 7,006 votes, 310 votes less than the pre-recount 7,316-vote margin. WAUKESHA - Officials in Waukesha say they expect to finish the recount in the Supreme Court race on Thursday. The state extended the original deadline until May 26th for Waukesha County to complete its count.
