On Monday, the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board issued a stiff rebuke to the Kloppenburg campaigns complaints and challenges to torn and stretched ballot bags in Waukesha County. In recent weeks, the Waukesha County recount of the April 5, election revealed a number of ballot bag issues, prompting conspiracy theorists to allege fraud and the Kloppenburg campaign to issue challenges based on chain of custody. The Kloppenburg campaign challenges attempted to have entire bags full of ballots thrown out based on a tear in the plastic bag.

The GABs rebuke of the Kloppenburg campaigns challenges to the integrity of ballots and ballot bags may be a dagger in the heart to an impending legal challenge expected to be filed once the Waukesha County recount is completed in the coming days.

Great news. Kloppenburg planned on delaying Prosser being (re)seated on the count on Aug. 1. I don’t think even a Dane County court would dare delay it after this smackdown.
Kloppencrap is just as much of a whiner as her red CPUSA sister Joelle Fishman. Both losers in life.
Ping!
Jokkenburg has added immeasurably to the devastation suffered by the credibility of the professional Left in WI. Thank you, Jokkenburg.
When is Prosser going to be declared the winner?
But, the left will simply spend a wad to publicise their claim that the Republican won by fraud and that will be enough to enshrine it as "truth" to menshevics and bolshevics alike.
Authenticity of Ballots and Responsibility for Conducting Recounts
Questions about the authenticity of ballots have arisen during the recount process due to holes in some ballot bags, gaps in their closure or issues with security tags. A hole in a ballot bag or a missing security tag is not enough evidence alone to discard the ballots inside. The ability to put a hand into a ballot bag is not by itself evidence of fraud.
Wisconsins system of counting ballots on Election Night, canvassing votes in the following days, and recounting those votes is designed to ensure an accurate, honest and transparent tabulation and reporting of the peoples will at the ballot box, as well as to detect actual fraud.
When most Wisconsin citizens vote on Election Day, they place their marked ballots into an optical scanning device, which records the votes and drops the marked ballots into a locked container.
Before ballots are cast, the optical scan voting device is secured with a tamper evident numbered seal. The seal number is recorded on the Inspectors Statement by the poll workers. Voting occurs in a public location that anyone other than a candidate may observe while the polls are open. Any member of the public, including a candidate, may be present at the polling place after the polls close. (snip)
This is good news. Hopefully Klop will slink away with Franken’s lawyers and we’ll finally be done with them!
As one UGLY mother f**king turn of events.
Great news we need to fight for every election.
The GAB has to certify the election after the recount is completed. Waukesha County (my county) is still recounting because the Kloppenburg attorneys are contesting many, many votes.
Bottom line, hopefully before Aug. 1 when the term start, but no one knows for sure. I think there will be court challenges, even after this, and all will be heard in liberal Dane County courts.
She knows darn well she lost the election.
The more this sore loser shows her mug and the Rat tactics in this recont, the more the Wis voters are going to see Rats for who they really are. This is bound to help in the recall elections coming up!
