A 20-year-old woman was charged with murder for allegedly running into a man in Cypress over the weekend who she believed was trying to run over a cat, authorities said Wednesday, Sept. 28. DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) - A pedestrian was hit and killed in the parking lot of the Walmart Neighborhood Market on 6th Avenue in Decatur. Irene Cardenas-Martinez with the Decatur Police Department says officers responded to the incident at approximately 9 p.m. on Aug. 25. oadside robber masquerading as a stranded motorist killed a University of Central Florida student when he fought back, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office in Alabama. The 22-year-old victim was identified as Adam Simjee of Apopka, Florida, and he was traveling with his girlfriend, Mikayla Paulus, 20, who witnessed the killing, the sheriff’s office said in a press release. Pro-Life Congresswoman Jackie Walorski was killed Wednesday in a car accident in her northern Indiana District, according to her office, along with two of her staff members. Walorski was first elected to represent Indiana’s 2nd Congressional District in 2012. She previously served three terms in the state’s legislature.
