man suspected of carjacking a woman who was left with a fractured skull has been arrested by the New Orleans Police Department. Tyrese Harris, 18, was booked on charges of attempted armed robbery, armed robbery with a firearm, principal to carjacking, aggravated criminal damage to property, illegal use of a weapon and illegal carrying of weapons.
