The former Minneapolis police officer charged for fatally shooting Justine Damond last July plans to plead not guilty, using self-defense and reasonable force as a defense during trial, according to court documents. Mohamed Noor's intent to plead not guilty was included in a Rule 9 Disclosure that was filed in Hennepin County Wednesday. Noor was charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in March. He posted bail with conditions on March 22 and was released from the Hennepin County Jail.
