VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– A Virginia Beach City Public Schools assistant principal and his brother have been arrested for threats made against police and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. According to police, John Bennett, 54, and his brother, Mark Bennett, 59, were arrested Wednesday for threatening to commit acts of violence against local police, as well as ICE agents.
