Officers revive teen-ager found unconscious and intoxicated By Ben Tinsley Star-Telegram Staff Writer RICHLAND HILLS - A teen-ager found intoxicated and unconscious in a front yard last week had to be revived by officers, officials said. Although the 15-year-old did not require medical treatment later, officers were initially unable to get a response, Richland Hills Police Chief Barbara Childress said. A passer-by noticed the teen in front of a home shortly before noon Tuesday in the 7000 block of Hovenkamp Avenue, Childress said.
