A stampede at an Indonesian punk rock concert has killed 10 people and injured dozens of others, most of them teenagers. The crush happened on Saturday night after a show by local band Beside in the regional capital of Bandung on Java island. Hundreds of fans tried to leave at the same time, causing panic, police said.
