Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger is urging President Trump to prosecute him after declaring Joe Biden’s pre-emptive pardon null and void. Posting on TRUTH Social on Sunday Trump declared that former Joe Biden’s pre-emptive pardons, issued during the final days of his administration, are “void, vacant and of no further force or effect.” Trump argued that the pardons are invalid because Biden used an autopen to sign them, claiming the former president had no direct knowledge or involvement in granting these pardons. ..... The 1,547 page funding bill includes an extension for the Global Engagement Center—a massive contributor within the Censorship Industrial Complex, who pressured social media companies to censor Americans. This bill would extend their existence for another NINE YEARS! ... This is why the bill is 1500 pages long... to ensure it never gets read. ... We need to go back to single issue bills ... The Global Engagement Center should not be included in a funding bill!

Red Voice Media posted a video that we had not seen before from the January 6 protest at the US Capitol. In the video, Jacob Chansley, later dubbed the “Q Shaman,” reads a tweet from President Trump to the crowd outside the US Capitol and tells them to go home. Chansley added, “We are peaceful… We are not Antifa.” Q Shaman Jacob Chansley: “We’re going to throw up the tweet. Donald Trump has asked everybody to go home. Okay? – This is America. You guys want to stay, that’s fine. Donald Trump has asked everybody to go home.” Fellow Protester:...

House Republicans have initiated an investigation into Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, alleging coordination with the January 6 Committee (J6 Cmte). The focus of their scrutiny is a letter obtained by Republicans, revealing Willis’s request for evidence from J6 Cmte interviews. Infuriatingly, the J6 Cmte reportedly sent evidence to Willis while strategically deleting deposition videos, hindering the ability to challenge their actions. Critics argue that this operation represents a coordinated effort by the White House, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and blue city District Attorneys to undermine political opposition to President Biden.

President Donald Trump dropped a bombshell report on his Truth Social platform that the sham committee overseeing the investigation of the January 6th Capitol riot has destroyed their documents and records illegally. On Tuesday, Trump wrote: President Trump: So now that I have full Subpoena Power because of the Freedom of Speech Sham Indictment by Crooked Joe Biden, Deranged Jack Smith, and the DOJ, it has just been reported that the Unselect January 6th Committee of Political Hacks and Thugs has illegally destroyed their Records and Documents. This is unthinkable, and the Fake Political Indictment against me must be immediately...

Suspected Jan. 6th instigator texted his nephew on the day of the riot to brag that he arranged the Capitol breach This massive news is being covered up by legacy media as expected In the newly released transcript of January 6th provocateur Ray Epps being questioned by the House Select Committee, the suspected undercover government operative confessed that he “orchestrated” the riot. In the screenshot below, the Jan. 6 Committee asks Epps about a text message he sent to his nephew where Epps wrote, “I was in the front with a few others. I also orchestrated it.” When asked what...

This week, Fox News host Tucker Carlson had a critique of the January 6 report: there was no mention of the supposed federal provocateur that the right held responsible for the whole event! Carlson was referring to Ray Epps, a former Oath Keeper who was caught on video on Jan. 5 urging the MAGA faithful to march on the Capitol, before wisely choosing not to enter on Jan. 6 itself. Epps has become the center of a right-wing conspiracy theory which casts him as Exhibit #1 supporting the idea that Jan. 6 was a “fedsurrection,” as some call it —...

Attorney Alan Dershowitz says that the House committee investigating January 6 violated the U.S. Constitution in several ways by referring former President Donald Trump for prosecution... ..."Congress has only legislative powers," Dershowitz argued on his show. "It does not have prosecutorial authority....I challenge anybody to show me anything in this Constitution which explicitly or even implicitly gives Congress the power to refer cases of individuals for prosecution."... .Dershowitz also pointed to Section 3 of Article 1, which states that Congress cannot pass a bill of attainder—a piece of legislation that declares .....

The January 6th committee will urge the Justice Department to pursue at least three criminal charges against Donald Trump, including insurrection, according to a new report on Friday. The panel holds its final meeting of the year on Monday. Its report on its findings will be released on Wednesday of next week as it wraps up its work before it's disbanded. At its Monday meeting, the panel members will vote on recommending charges against the former president, including insurrection; obstruction of an official proceeding; and conspiracy to defraud the United States government, Politico reported.

Former Vice President Mike Pence said that he would refuse to testify before the Jan. 6 Committee because Congress has "no right" to his testimony. Pence made the comments in an interview with Margaret Brennan of CBS News, who asked him whether he would testify as many of his staffers have. "I served for twelve years in the Congress, it's inconceivable to me that one party would appoint every member of a committee in Congress, that's antithetical to that whole idea of the committee system. That being said I never stood in the way of senior members of my team...

The Jan. 6 committee, which held its ninth and likely final hearing Thursday, has lionized the figure of the Decent Republican. Liz Cheney, vice chair of the committee, was its obvious star, imbued with moral authority by the fact that she’d sacrificed her position in Republican leadership, and possibly her political career, to stand up to Donald Trump. There were many others. “When you look back at what has come out through this committee’s work, the most striking fact is that all this evidence comes almost entirely from Republicans,” the committee’s Democratic chair, Bennie Thompson, said Thursday. This attempt to...

Hours after he was convicted on a misdemeanor contempt of Congress charge, former Trump advisor Steve Bannon made an appearance on 'Tucker Carlson Tonight' to declare: 'If I go to jail, so be it.' During the interview on Friday night, Carlson asked the former Breitbart editor how he felt about the possibility that he might be going to prison. Bannon remained defiant, telling the host: 'If I go to jail, I go to jail. I will never back off a second like I spent eight years as a Naval officer. I've committed my life to this program to get this...

Rep. Bennie Thompson, the January 6th Commission Chairman, threw his support behind a secessionist group called the Republic of New Afrika (RNA), an unearthed video has revealed. According to Just The News, Thompson uttered support for the guerilla warfare secessionist group who attempted to take control of several U.S. states in exchange for peace with law enforcement throughout the 20th century. Thompson’s advocacy on behalf of the RNA has been well documented in newspaper clippings, video footage, FBI and local law-enforcement archives. From this evidence, Thompson has been found to blame law enforcement for instigating violence that led to the...

RINO Jan. 6 Committee vice chair Liz Cheney and serial liar Adam Schiff on Sunday said the Jan. 6 panel may make multiple criminal referrals to the Justice Department. “What kind of man knows that a mob is armed and sends the mob to attack the Capitol and further incites that mob when his own vice president is under threat, when the Congress is under threat?” Cheney said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” using Cassidy Hutchinson’s false testimony to attack Trump. "I have greater concern about what it would mean if people weren’t held accountable for what’s happened here,” Cheney...

FOX News reported: Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., claimed Thursday that a Secret Service agent who may testify before the Jan. 6 committee about the timeline of events that unfolded around former President Donald Trump during the riot “likes to lie.” Two Secret Service agents, Tony Ornato and Robert Engel, are prepared to testify before Congress that then-President Donald Trump did not lunge at a steering wheel or assault them in an attempt to go to the Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot, a source close to the Secret Service told Fox News’ David Spunt this week. The explosive new allegations...

Trump election lawyer John Eastman dropped his lawsuit seeking to block his phone records from the January 6 Committee after the FBI ambushed him and seized his phone. The January 6 Committee sent the feds after Trump lawyer John Eastman because he dared to take action against the Democrats and their massive election fraud operation in 2020. John Eastman said the FBI searched and seized his phone last week, according to a court filing. Eastman filed a federal lawsuit in New Mexico on Monday and asked a judge to order the feds to return his property and block the January...

Former Trump Department of Justice official Jeffrey Clark had his Virginia home raided by FBI agents early Wednesday morning where agents would not let him get dressed, instead forcing him out in the street in his pajamas while they ransacked his home. Clark, who was the former acting head of the Civil Division in 2020 and was considered by Trump to replace William Barr as Attorney General, is being investigated by the January 6 Committee and now the Justice Department for his role in President Trump’s legal efforts to stop the steal of the 2020 presidential election. Clark was the...

Ana Cabrera @AnaCabrera JUST IN: Moderate House Republican Rep. Don Bacon tells CNN’s @mkraju that after watching the January 6th committee hearings he “will not be supporting” former President Donald Trump in the 2024 Republican primary if he announces he is running. 10:33 AM · Jun 22, 2022

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) appears to have used the January 6 committee as a political weapon against her primary opponent. It is no secret that Liz Cheney’s political career as an establishment Republican took a nosedive into oblivion when she sided with the Democrats in their January 6 witch hunt. Since then, her primary opponent, Harriet Hageman, has been trouncing Cheney in the polls and now leads by a whopping 30 points. After a dismal first hearing for the January 6 committee that pulled in just 19 million viewers across the United States, Liz Cheney has now subpoenaed former Donald...
