Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger is urging President Trump to prosecute him after declaring Joe Biden’s pre-emptive pardon null and void.
Posting on TRUTH Social on Sunday Trump declared that former Joe Biden’s pre-emptive pardons, issued during the final days of his administration, are “void, vacant and of no further force or effect.”
Trump argued that the pardons are invalid because Biden used an autopen to sign them, claiming the former president had no direct knowledge or involvement in granting these pardons.

In a video uploaded to the X platform, Kinzinger challenged Trump to go after him:

There are many seeming contradictions and conundrums. For example, Trump is a fascist and Nazi, but is shrinking the size of government. How does that work?
Musk was an environmental hero because of this electric cars, but now he is a villain whose cars must be destroyed. How does that work?
Adam K. keeps getting in the news, but every time he speaks he loses relevance. How does that work?

Or is he so delusional to think that he won’t be criminally culpable without a “preemptive” pardon?
I think the pardon can be legally challenged on two grounds.
Preemptive pardons is legally uncharted ground.
Secondly, if Biden was competent enough to sign the pardons plus many, many questions surrounding autopen.
His excessive and unnecessary use of the word “like” as a filler while speaking is just more proof that Kinzinger is an immature idiot.
