A national U.S. immigration sweep has netted more than 1,000 illegal workers and resulted in the arrests of at least nine people who employed them. U.S. Attorney Glenn Suddaby in Albany, N.Y., said the raid focused on IFCO Systems, which is a manufacturer of wooden pallets, crates and containers.
