A Minnesota mom lost her breath and had to abruptly end her speech during a press conference on Wednesday that was organized after President Donald Trump’s administration paused federal child care funding. A man is screaming repeatedly, "I can't breathe" while California Highway Patrol officers out of the Altadena station are forcing a blood draw from him. On the ground is Edward Bronstein, who was arrested on suspicion of DUI back in March 2020. He was brought to the station, where it seems he refused a breathalyzer or blood draw.
