Deputy State Fire Marshals have charged Greg Bailey (22) after determining he was the suspect responsible for intentionally damaging a charged water supply fire hose during active fire suppression operations at the CVS store location at 2509 Pennsylvania Avenue on Monday, April 27, 2015. The action of puncturing the hose line caused an immediate drop in water pressure and endangered the lives of fire service personnel at the scene who were forced to withdraw and immediately reestablish a secondary water supply source.
