Orders have come from the top of the campaign here that nobody is to predict that Hillary Clinton will win Iowa. That may be part of the “expectations” game that all campaigns play. I guess I am not too surprised at Bill Clinton, but I sure would be mad as hops if I was Hillary. He and his cronies seem to be able to drop Hillary's numbers without too much sweat.
