Alec Baldwin has been allowed to skip the preliminary hearing in the “Rust” shooting case, a judge has ruled. Baldwin was due to appear in court for the two-week preliminary hearing, set to kick off on May 3. The MSM is simultaneously reporting that the actress Anne Heche is dead and merely brain-dead waiting for organ harvesting.There is a big difference between someone who is dead, and someone who has been declared brain dead. Anne Heche was involved in a wild crash in L.A. Friday, and has been taken away by ambulance in a stretcher. The crash went down just after noon in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles. Witnesses tell TMZ, she was driving a blue Mini Cooper and crashed into the garage of an apartment complex. Residents of the apartment complex tried getting Anne out of the vehicle but she put the car in reverse and then sped off. A short time later, she crashed into a nearby home, igniting a fire. The fire was significant and engulfed the house.
