Good morning everyone. Some weeks ago, I posted on the Daily Mail website that Ann Heche basically got what she deserved for being a drug user and ending up wrecking her car and dying from the burns suffered. I got a message saying I was permanently banned from posting on the website.
I have been so busy at work that I haven't had time to respond here to the bunch over there. So, DM, you don't like what I have to write? You thought that no response would be possible since you banned me from the site. Well, you were wrong. You were completely woke and wrong to ban me from posting (not that it matters much anyway) because people DO suffer consequences for living incorrectly and unfortunately frequently many others have to suffer because of the bad decisions made by people (look what's happening to us here in the U.S. because of the Biden administration). When I've made bad decisions, I have had to live with the consequences and am still living with the consequences of some bad decisions to this day.
Ann Heche DIED BECAUSE OF THE BAD LIFE DECISIONS SHE MADE. If that ruffles your feathers, well, so be it. My moniker there was Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin just like it is here. You folks at DM will NOT be able to control the world through your censorship of free speech. It's not going to happen. Whoever censored me should be made to write an apology and reinstate my posting privileges in order to educate people on what is right and wrong.
Read my posts here over the past 24 years and see where I was wrong in my comments and predictions about problems we would face. You'll be surprised.
Just like I told students in school, "I can be dead and gone and what I have to say will STILL be the truth." Come get some.

Her death should be a lesson to the younger generation that actions can have deadly consequences. We still regret her death, think it was preventable and are sad she is no longer here to entertain her fans. But please learn that some early deaths are preventable.
Some people can’t handle the truth.

How do you know that you have all the facts? That’s a pretty harsh judgement. I would pray for your soul but you’ll no doubt get what you deserve when it’s your time for a toe tag.

Lots of people make bad life decisions and do not die of it.
I have had friends who suffered terribly because of alcoholism.
That would not prevent me from being sad when/if they died of the addiction.
In a way, you said what is probably true, but that should also go unsaid. The ultimate act of giving of what people appear to deserve, i.e., through premature death, is the sole province of God. Had you been a little less “on the nose” but said more or less the same thing, you might have left no doubt about your sentiment but also lived to comment another day.
It seems the Daily Mail thinks you got what you deserve... 😀

Well, yes. Then the question becomes: Did she deserve it?
And that’s where you and I differ. Evil people deserve whatever harm their bad behavior causes them. The classic example is the murderer who is executed for his crime.
But Anne Heche was not evil. She was weak, and stupid, That is an entirely different category. She caused her own death. But to say she “deserved” to die is to put her on the exact same level as that murderer. Nope, that just doesn’t seem right.
As to the ‘Daily Mail’ banning you, I’m in favor of censorship only when it involves an overt call to violence. You didn’t do that. So I’m on your side there.
To my way of thinking, nobody gets what they deserve until they stand before God on the other side.
Anything before that is subject to interpretation.
You have a perfect right to your interpretation and posting it probably serves a good purpose for some people. It might make them think.
That said, don’t know why you’d want to kvetch about it. Post someplace else. Or power down and read a Book...

She was a drug addict, and died an unnatural death due to it.
She certainly didn’t “deserve” it, but her choice of lifestyle ultimately led to her death.

I got banned from DM years ago for writing F*** Y** Nancy Pelosi !! I didn’t write out the words. Pretty much just like I wrote it here.
I’ve seen worse and they keep on posting. All you gotta do is have the wrong person read your post and the little tyrants do their deed.
Same for Nextdoor. Some person on there was trashing Trump and setting up rallies and such. I was banned for calling him an “Activist” for using a non-political site for political activism.
I can still read DM of course, and I do since our media doesn’t run any stories that put Dems in a bad light and ignore lots of other stories. DM does have a better spectrum of topics (if you can get past the hundreds of Kardashion and Markle stories) But, the moderators suck.
I’d have probably commented the same, but I’m perplexed as to why you’re shocked at their response.
You could be writing of the twit or farcebook, or any other forum other than FR.
No surprise here. Besides, this isn’t my first account at FR; I’ve been here far longer. I just learned my lesson.

Much of leftist policy is trying to insulate people from the consequences of their own actions.
Sometimes, this might make sense, but generally speaking, what this has evolved into practically speaking is the removal of any feedback mechanisms. Stupid needs to hurt, that’s what keeps people from doing stupid shit. In effect they are rewarding destructive behavior, whether individually or collectively.
Crucially, they also punish excellence! Little wonder then, everything is collapsing before our very eyes, after a couple few generations of unwitting social Guinea pigs are put through this psychotic wringer.
