SPOKANE, Wash. – The President of the Spokane NAACP received a racist package that included death threats in February. Spokane City leaders said the package arrived not long after resident of Millwood found KKK flyers in their driveways. Officials said the package contained pictures of a gun pointed toward the camera, pictures of lynchings and references to local cases involving race. The documents were signed "War Pig Retired."
