It was only a week ago that CBS Radio moved the famous WBCN call letters from Boston to Charlotte, onto WFNA-AM (1660). Now, the plan will be to end the sports simulcast between WBCN & WFNZ-AM (610), launching “America’s Talk” on WBCN on September 14. That will pose direct competition for Greater Media’s market leader WBT-AM/FM (1110/99.3).
