CAPE MAY – The owner of the Wagging Tail Pet Shop in Erma was reportedly attacked on Monday by a pit bull that was owned by the tenant of an apartment above the business. Patsy Nelson suffered serious bite wounds to her hip and one arm, according to police reports.
