Probably. At any rate if it is THAT Jerry Brown he sure doesn't need THAT or the OTHER Howard Stern to advance his political career.
Jerry blows hot and cold on some things. On many law and order things he can be hard core.
ANS was a train wreck. But these people were her enablers - others might use the term pushers. They certainly appear to have acted in a criminal manner, especially the physicians that are indicted along with Stern.
Regardless of what you think of ANS (and I don't think much), she and her son are dead and these people are criminally negligent or worse, IMHO.

Corrupt medical pros have often used their positions to take control of patient’s lives and thus their money. Most notorious was Brian Wilson’s shrink who kept him locked up for years in an attempt to get control of Brian’s millions. This happens more than most people think. Getting someone hooked on drugs for financial gain isn’t limited to the mafia.
He must not be as old as think he is. I figured he was about 85 somewhere, eating applesauce and remembering the old days, when Linda Ronstandt was actually hot.
