VIDEO I am seeking breeding advice for Teddy the male Golden Retriever whom you can see in this video at my sister-in-law's house where he lives. If you have any advice please post them in the comments. One big question I have is WHEN Teddy will be ready for breeding. He was born last November and now appears to be full grown or at least close to it. Hopefully, Teddy's future breeding sessions will calm him down because as you can see he is now extremely hyperactive.

VIDEO OUCH! I was attempting to discuss my upcoming live streams of the Democrat candidate debates in Miami on June 26 and 27. However, Teddy the Golden Retriever who is an unashamed attention hog (or dog), got jealous of me paying attention to the camera and decided to completely upstage me, first with a few nips at my feet and then biting my arm and drawing blood. While I was struggling with Teddy, the volume was knocked out on my camera in about the final minute and a half. Perhaps that is a good thing because you don't have to...

VIDEO Teddy the Golden Retriever is less than a year old but he has already learned how to steal your stuff which he loves to do. Nothing is safe from Teddy. If he thinks you have something you value in any way, he will try to steal it from you. For example, he once stole my selfie-stick and hid it under the dining table. Another time he grabbed a plastic bag containing a bottle of Pepsi from me and stole that as well. Teddy also goes on "havoc runs" in which he runs upstairs and quickly grabs things at random...

Ginger Wolfe said ever since her 9-year-old golden retriever Chelsea was a puppy, she has always been a big softie. "There's not a mean bone in her body," Wolfe said. "She's just a sweetheart." But as Wolfe found out over the weekend, nobody messes with Chelsea's family. The 85-pound dog showed her mettle when she took on an angry mama moose that had charged at Wolfe's boyfriend and his family — including two young children — while they were camping between Nederland and Ward. Wolfe, of Louisville, and her boyfriend, Jeremiah McLaughlin, of Boulder, were camping near Ruby Gulch. McLaughlin...

A Cleveland family has been left devastated after an officer shot and killed their beloved one-year-old golden retriever as he was on a leash in the family’s backyard. Cleveland police told the family the officer felt threatened by the dog after the dog barked, even though the officer was aware it was leashed. The incident took place Friday when dog owner Tyler Muzzi saw a stranger walking around his neighbor’s home. Muzzi contacted his neighbor and then called police to check on the situation. Minutes later, police arrived and arrested the man who had by that time broken into the...

A golden retriever called Angel is being hailed a hero after it stopped a mountain lion from attacking an 11-year-old boy. The 18-month-old dog stepped between the big cat and the youngster during a dramatic encounter in western Canada. Police, who later shot the cougar dead, credited Angel for saving Austin Forman's life. He had gone to retrieve some firewood outside his family's home in Boston Bar, about 150 miles north-east of Vancouver. That's when the mountain lion charged across the yard at the boy. 'I was really scared. At first, I didn't know it was a cougar. I thought...

MIDDLETOWN, Md. - Heidi, the Golden Retriever puppy, loved to play - especially in water. "If there was a puddle in the driveway, she'd go roll in," says her owner Lynette Kaufmann. But when you called her name, Heidi came right away. That's why Kaufmann knew something was wrong Wednesday on her farm in Middletown, Maryland. For years, Lynette and her husband have been foster parents for rescue dogs, including Molly, who has a spinal injury. "I can't stand to think of a dog not having a home," she says. After a short run on the farm the other four...

Five-year-old Becky amazed her owner when she went bounding into the sea and returned with a catch that would make most anglers jealous - a sizeable cod. Tony Smith, 71, had been walking Becky at Minsmere Sluice, near Aldeburgh, Suffolk, when she swam out to sea. ...

St. Petersburg, FL - When a large breed dog reaches 12 plus years of age, his guardian begins to think about "the end". Pangs of concern, sometimes panic, begin to seep into day to day thoughts... What ailment will steal away your loved one's life? Heart failure, cancer, or some other degenerative disease? Few, if any, dog owners ever ponder their beloved senior companion being shot dead. That nightmare was one family's reality back on October 2 when their 12 yr-old Golden Retriever, "Boomer", was shot and killed by a St. Petersburg police officer. On that fateful night, Boomer has...
