Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin has a problem. With us. We are Canada's #1 trading partner. 90% of all Canadians live within 100 miles of the U.S. border. Why is it that most Europeans are so friendly and nice to Americans, while the Euro intellectuals and "elite" are so supercilious and nasty? Part of it stems from fear.
