America needs a House and Senate filled with members who are aligned with “Donald Trump’s America first agenda,” Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) said during an interview on Breitbart News Saturday in which he said that Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) essentially “handed the Speaker’s gavel over to the Democrats.” Banks discussed Johnson flip-flopping on Ukraine aid and discussed one of the more shocking developments over the last week.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) acknowledged that just 25,000 votes could determine whether Democrats take back the House and Democrats are preparing for a scenario in which the country does not know which party controls the House on election night. When asked if Democrats will know on election night that they have picked up the net 23 seats they need to win back the House, Pelosi told Politico in an interview published Tuesday that DCCC Chair Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM) “says we should be prepared for not knowing, but I’m just hoping that we will.” “That the 23 for...

Her Republican successor was invited to the posh W Hotel for a LeAnn Rimes concert, but is planning to skip it. Austerity...

Rep. Ron Paul, the Texas Republican who has passionately called for dismantling the Federal Reserve, will be running the panel that oversees the central bank when Republicans take the House majority next year. Mr. Paul has introduced legislation to abolish the Fed, wrote the book, “End the Fed,” and rallied support for eliminating it. Rep. Spencer Bachus (R., Ala.), who will take over the House Financial Services Committee from Rep. Barney Frank (D., Mass.), announced today that Mr. Paul, a libertarian who won a fervent following when he ran for president in 2008, will head the Domestic Monetary Policy Subcommittee....

Dear Speaker Boehner/Cantor/Bachmann/Whomever, Speaking as a citizen, a conservative, and a Tea Partier, I’d like to give you some advice as you prepare to take up the reins for the 112th Congressional session. These suggestions come from my desire to get our country back on track, to mitigate the disasters wrought by the 111th Congress, and to start Congress delving into the bigger picture about what will happen to America if we allow ourselves to continue on our current path. They are very simple suggestions, and I hope you will take them in the spirit in which they are offered....

When Republicans gain the House back, I humbly request that each of you march together to the Capitol with the large gavel that Nancy Pelosi carried to signal the Dims big win. We won, we get to march with the gavel. Finally, I do not humbly request, but demand that Pelosi be given an office in the dankest, darkest, dungeon-like place in DC.

How could we have missed such an obvious sign?
