Let's all be clear on one thing. Gary Gensler is evil. He should never again have a position of influence, power, or consequence. Any company, university, or organization that hires or works with him post-SEC is betraying the crypto industry and should be boycotted aggressively. This the only way to prevent this kind of misuse of government power from happening again in the future. Genslerâs behavior can't be explained away as a good faith mistakes. It was entirely thought out, intentional, and purposeful to fulfill his personal, political agenda at any cost. Even if this meant nuking an industry, tens...

Despite the scrutiny of crypto by Gensler, the SEC missed on FTX Gary Genslerâs controversial tenure as chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission could reach peak drama over a 45-minute Zoom call with Sam Bankman-Fried, the former crypto wunderkind at the center of the largest debacle the $1 trillion digital coin industry has ever witnessed. On March 23, some eight months before Bankman-Friedâs crypto empire collapsed and was forced into bankruptcy, Gensler granted what some crypto players are calling an unusual meeting to the then-billionaire and prolific fundraiser for Democratic candidates, including his boss, President Joe Biden.Even before the FTX...

Gary Gensler, President Joe Biden's Securities and Exchange Commissioner, had final approval authority for the Hillary Clinton campaign's payments for the discredited Steele dossier, according to congressional testimony that is adding to concerns about conflicts of interest as the SEC investigates Donald Trump's social media firmâs merger request. Questions surfaced last month about the SEC's probe of Trump's Truth Social when RealClearInvestigations journalist Paul Sperry reported that Gensler, as SEC chairman, previously served as the Hillary Clinton campaign's chief financial officer. In addition, Sperry reported that SEC Associate Director of Enforcement Melissa Hodgman was married to Peter Strzok, the FBI...

But as the crowd pushes inside, a wiry man with elfin features is sprinting out of the venue, past astonished selfie takers and venture capitalists. Some call out, imploring him to stay; others even chase him down the street, on foot and on scooters. Yet the man outruns them all, disappearing into the privacy of his hotel lobby, alone. Vitalik Buterin, the most influential person in crypto, didnât come to Denver to party. He doesnât drink or particularly enjoy crowds. Not that there isnât plenty for the 28-year-old creator of Ethereum to celebrate. Nine years ago, Buterin dreamed up Ethereum...

Gary Gensler is the current head of the SEC. He was formerly Hillaryâs campaign CFO. Heâs tied into the Durham investigation. The former Director of the SEC under President Trump, Bill Hinman was involved in what is now considered criminal activities related to cryptocurrency activities with China. These people are above the law. No agency is safe. They all seem to take advantage of their positions to make money and stomp on the little people. We noted previously that the current head of the SEC was Hillaryâs attorney when millions of dollars were flowing around with some paying for the...

Several individuals connected to a 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign plot to cast Donald Trump as a covert Kremlin collaborator are working in high-level jobs within the Biden administrationâincluding at least two senior Biden appointees cited by Special Counsel John Durham in his âactive (and) ongoingâ criminal investigation of the scheme, according to recently filed court documents. Jake Sullivan, who now serves as Bidenâs national security adviser, and Caroline Krass, a top lawyer at the Pentagon, were involved in efforts in 2016 and 2017 to advance the Clinton campaignâs false claims about Trump through the media and the federal government, documents...

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposed rules Monday that would force companies to publicly disclose a wide-range of climate-related information. âI am pleased to support todayâs proposal because, if adopted, it would provide investors with consistent, comparable, and decision-useful information for making their investment decisions, and it would provide consistent and clear reporting obligations for issuers,â SEC Chairman Gary Gensler, who President Joe Biden appointed in February 2021, said in a statement. The SEC, the nationâs top financial regulator, would require publicly-traded companies to disclose how âsevere weather events and other natural conditionsâ may impact their business, under...

Gary Gensler, Bidenâs current Head of the SEC, in 2015 and 2016 was running Hillaryâs campaign finances at the same time millions flew from her campaign to entities with the sole purpose of making up a Russia collusion story that eventually led to spying on candidate and President Trump. When Hillary Clinton was putting together her 2016 Presidential campaign, she brought in Gary Gensler as her Chief Financial Officer. CNN reported in April 2015: Hillary Clintonâs campaign will add to its top ranks a man whoâs known for being tough on Wall Street. Gary Gensler, the former chairman of the...

Hindsight is making more and more clear that Hillaryâs outrageously rigged campaign is dependent â heavily dependent â on control over the media. Nearly every question she has been asked during the past 18 months has been approved and agreed upon ahead of time. Hillaryâs responses have been heavily scripted and rehearsed. It even emerged that Donna Brazile, who is a CNN contributor and who was appointed interim chair of the DNC after Debbie Wasserman Schultz was forced out, shared questions that were meant to be spontaneous with the Clinton campaign in advance.

In her new book Hacks, Donna Brazile â the former interim Democratic National Committee chairwoman â alleges that Hillary Clinton ârigged the [partyâs] nomination processâ against populist candidate Bernie Sanders in the 2016 primaries. âI had found my proof [of rigging] and it broke my heart,â wrote Brazile in an exerpt of her book published by Politico Magazine today. The said rigging, according to Brazile, was discovered in an agreement and explained as follows: âThe agreementâsigned by Amy Dacey, the former CEO of the DNC, and Robby Mook [Clinton campaign manager] with a copy to Marc Eliasâspecified that in exchange...

While everyone concentrates on the White House, the Democrat Party continues to dive deeper into a civil war.Former interim DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile has taken aim at failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clintonâs campaign. Democratic strategist Stanley Greenerg is âstill fuming about Hillary Clinton,â especially since Democrat candidates are still using her failed tactics. Donna Brazile Letâs first look at Donna Brazileâs scathing article at Politico about Hillaryâs campaign and the moves she made before she even became a candidate. She took over the DNC after leaks of emails showed officials working against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in the primary....

RUSH: We have the Donna Brazile book, the excerpt of a new Donna Brazile book that Politico published, and this is stunning. She literally throws Hillary Clinton, Debbie âBlabbermouthâ Schultz, and Barack Obama, all three under the bus, as having separately and together destroyed the Democrat Party. Obama, Hillary, and Debbie âBlabbermouthâ Schultz. She sets herself up as the grand savior of the Democrat Party. And I asked myself when I was reading the excerpt, which of course I will share with you and my unique thoughts on this as the program unfolds, why is she doing this? And I...
