Los Angeles police have arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of making the swatting call that ended with a Wichita man being killed by police. Tyler Barriss was arrested Friday afternoon, according to KABC. Booking records for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office say he was arrested at 3:15 p.m. for a felony.
