The horrified wife of a Navy veteran accused of viciously beating the elderly owner of the San Diego-area “Trump House” described her husband’s dark past — and revealed that she now plans to divorce the “nerdy gamer.”
Breanna Butler, 32, told The California Post that her husband Thomas Caleb Butler, also 32, acted violently toward his family and dangerously mixed alcohol with his medication “frequently.”
Breanna had been separated from Thomas for two years due to his violent nature, which she attributed to his mental illness. “[He] has a history of mental health illness, and it became violent for our family, so it was best we were in separate households,” said Breanna, who has a child with her soon-to-be ex and last spoke to hime three weeks ago.

I know he is a Vet, but I didn’t see the alleged cause of his alleged PTSD.
If anyone else saw it, please enlighten me.
Did all newspaper editors suddenly go blind?
Wonder what his online game identities were?
Only Vets.
A lot of times violent folks who were once in th military blame their violence on PTSD. I many cases the only trauma they experienced was the chow line was out of their favorite dessert.
I could see the trauma that would result if they ran out of their favorite dessert right before they got there.
Breanna Butler, 32, told The California Post that her husband Thomas Caleb Butler, also 32, acted violently toward his family and dangerously mixed alcohol with his medication “frequently.” What’s wrong with that?
and then there’s this retired helecopter pilot, a doting father of five [no fake PTSD excuse here], all the while leading a double life of a vicious serial killer in Spokane in the ‘90s who slaughtered at least 16 women:

PTDS.
I had to reread the headline several times.
“He had PTDS.”
I like that right there.
I was trying to suss out why the headline would even mention a 'nerdy gamer' husband of a woman that tried to kill a neighbor?
Maybe because nerdy gamers seem unthreatening?
—”I many cases the only trauma they experienced was the chow line was out of their favorite dessert.”
That is a fact, Jack!
And some are fake veterans.
When vets meet, it can be like dogs, sniffing around each other...
I worked at the now-defunct BP R&D campus in Naperville, IL.
over 10,000 workers and maybe, just maybe, a hundred or fewer veterans on site.
HR sent down some new help, and I’m introduced to a “vet” about my age... where were you based? “Cam Ranh Bay...” Nice... What was your unit? “THAT IS SECRET, I CANNOT TELL YOU!” After all these years? “YES, TOP SECRET!”
Then he starts telling stories, naming famous politicians and military personnel.
A nut case, but ok worker if kept away from others...
I called my director, a long-time friend, and he said to ask if he still sees any of these people; they might be good connections...I believe he was joking. Also, when things slow down, send him back to HR.
They are out there.
I’ll assume the alleged cause of his PSTD is copious weed consumption. I’m more than convinced that “mental illness” is code for “copious weed consumption” in most of these cases.
The Hippie Cabbage is Very Potent nowadays and legal but Vets in The VA system or those Buying Fire Arms should Tread Easy.
The Fed is still Able to cause Trouble.
This Guy is Probably going up on murder charges and be proved Pycho.
IMHO
People use their childhood as an excuse to beat or kill others. I was abused but never turned violent. I treat my children like I wanted to be treated.
