Assembly Member Emily Gallagher (D-Brooklyn) hates cars — except her own. The upstate-transplant socialist and “safe streets” lover has notched at least 46 (!!!) tickets these past 2½ years, for a total of more than $4,000. Turns out the white Buick of this tatted tribune of the people was caught illegally blocking fire hydrants.. Power to the workers! Unless their building’s on fire, in which case: Screw ’em. Far worse, the Rochester-reared revolutionary’s car has ripped through at least one red light — in The Bronx, a borough that’s almost 90% people of color. Guess black lives DON’T matter when...

President Joe Biden’s Secretary of the Navy awarded soon-to-be-ex-Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI) with its highest civilian honor Wednesday, days before Gallagher quits Congress in the middle of his term after postponing his quit date long enough to fight for Biden’s greatest priority. “Today, the Secretary of the Navy presented Rep. Gallagher with the Navy Distinguished Public Service Award, the highest honorary award that the U.S. Navy can bestow upon a civilian not employed by the Navy,” the Congressman’s official X account posted Wednesday.

The House of Representatives on Monday passed a Motion to Table the Motion to Reconsider H.B. 7888, which passed on Friday to renew FISA 702 and allow warrantless surveillance of innocent Americans. This was a betrayal of Americans. ..... Snip..... The final vote on Section 702 of the Foreign Surveillance Act was 273-147 on Friday, with 126 Republicans in favor of betraying the American people. On Monday, the legislation was brought back to a vote on a motion to reconsider, requested by Rep. Laurel Lee (R-FL) and demanded by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna in a recorded vote. However, 117 Republicans...

GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – A new poll measuring who may replace Republican Mike Gallagher in Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional district shows one candidate currently holds a large lead over the field. According to the latest Cygnal poll, Alex Bruesewitz, CEO of X Strategies, leads with 36 percent, followed by state senator Andrew Jacque with 15 percent, and former state senator Roger Roth with 12 percent. In addition, the poll revealed that 64% of respondents preferred an outsider in politics over a professional politician, which would help Bruesewitz, who has never held public office.

Gallagher announced he will leave in mid-April. If Gallagher would have left before April 9th he would have triggered a special election in his district. Because he is leaving after April 9th but still in April, there will be no special election so the seat will remain empty. This ensures that Republicans will lose another seat in Congress. This is how the Uniparty works. They do everything they can to screw their voters. Dirty Ken Buck already said more Republicans will follow him out of Congress before the year ends. This will give Democrats the majority just as the 2024...

WASHINGTON — Rep. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., who announced last month he would not run for re-election, will resign from Congress early, he confirmed in a statement Friday. Gallagher’s departure before the end of his term in January is another blow to Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and House Republicans, who have been struggling to govern and demonstrate stability this Congress. Two sources familiar with the matter told NBC News of Gallagher's plan to resign early on Friday. The Wisconsin Republican then released a statement announcing that he will depart on April 19. The speaker's office confirmed that Gallagher informed Johnson of...

Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert called a pregnant woman “a sad and miserable person” after she asked the Republican lawmaker to stop vaping during the “Beetlejuice” performance that she and her date were later kicked out of on Sunday, according to a report. The firebrand’s foul remark came after she had told the mom-to-be “no” when the fellow Denver theatergoer asked her to put her vaping pen down, the Denver Post reported Thursday. “These people in front of us were outrageous,” the woman, who requested anonymity, told the newspaper. “I’ve never seen anyone act like that before.” The behavior of Boebert,...

We’ll say it again now that Gov. Jared Polis has inked his purported “relief” for soaring property taxes: His plan is largely an illusion. Ignore the stagecraft of Wednesday’s signing ceremony for Senate Bill 23-303. It was a nice publicity stunt — the governor and assorted lawmakers turning up at the home of a Commerce City resident who supposedly would benefit. It was all sleight of hand. As we noted here only weeks ago, the Polis plan is as if someone offered to help you pay your bills — then reached into your pocket, grabbed your wallet, pulled out some...

Suppose someone offers to help you pay your bills — then reaches into your pocket, grabs your wallet, pulls out some money and hands it to you. That’s more or less what Gov. Jared Polis and his Democratic allies who run the Legislature have in mind in promising “relief” for Coloradans facing skyrocketing property taxes. Unveiled by the governor at a Monday news conference and introduced the same day in the Legislature as Senate Bill 23-303, the complicated proposal would ask voters on next November’s statewide ballot to pay for a large part of their own property-tax relief. That’s right;...

If you’ve opened your property tax assessment you’ve already had your coronary. Your property value has gone up between 30% and 70%.. That means because the Legislature, under Democrat Gov. Bill Ritter, froze mill levy rates (preventing them from lowering) and because voters foolishly repealed the Gallagher Amendment in 2020, your property taxes are going to go up some 30% to 70% next year. But don’t worry. The same people who have put you in this bind are going to pantomime rescuing you just as the clock runs out on their legislative session. What heroes. The Colorado state Legislature, with...

Homeowners across Colorado are bracing themselves for a hefty increase in their property tax bills. This is the year county assessors re-value homes and properties. On Wednesday, those assessors warned homeowners that the values are increasing from 30% to more than 60% in some counties. ... "The fact is that there is no reprieve for homeowners this year. From corner to corner of Douglas County and probably the state, all values have gone up quite significantly. If it's rural, if it's suburban, if it's large, if it's small, if it's expensive or inexpensive, all properties in Douglas County in the...

With less than a month left of the legislative session, Gov. Polis has yet to put forth any plan to prevent a looming bloodbath and cap residential property tax increases as he promised when voters repealed the Gallagher amendment. Republicans put forth their own plan to cap expected spikes of 40-50% to just five or ten percent over the next several years. But Democrats were ordered to kill those efforts and await the arrival of their hero governor, who would surely swoop in and save the day just in time for his planned 2024 presidential run. Yet the clock is...

Gallagher shot to fame after appearing on late-night television in the 1970s, though his fame persisted through homages and parodies, On his Facebook page, the comedian promoted performances from as recently as October, noting that he was “feeling great!!” and wanted to work on “projects to make this world a ‘funner planet.'”

Tucker Carlson and Lisa Gallagher. (Credit: Columbia Bugle)We’ve been reporting on the efforts of the federal law enforcement bureaucracy to harass and target Trump allies with reported FBI raids on the homes of supporters to execute search warrants, and the DOJ dropping subpoenas on people. Now one New Jersey woman, Lisa Gallagher, has come forward saying that the FBI showed up on her doorstep the morning after Joe Biden delivered his “anti-MAGA” speech. Gallagher is not a “Trump ally” — she’s just a regular person and Trump supporter. She appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Monday to share the story.Tucker...

According to government memos, the Pentagon first raised the issue of sending National Guard troops to the U.S. Capitol four days prior to the riots, which led to a series of rejections by not only the Capitol Police but also Democrats, a decision that directly led to the events of January 6. The newly released memos seem to vindicate Trump and various administration officials. According to a timeline of the siege laid out by the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP), an official from the Defense Department reached out to Deputy Chief Sean Gallagher of the USCP on Jan. 2, 2021 seeking...

A rather peculiar moment occurred during the Congressional hearings on Unidentified Aerial Phenomenal (UAPs, aka, UFOs) Tuesday (May 17). Congressman Mike Gallagher (R-Wis) asked a question about the 1967 Malmstrom Air Force Base incident, and got a rather astonishing, shall we call it, non-reply. Scott Bray, the deputy director of Naval Intelligence, responded that he knew nothing of the event, other than that it has received some publicity outside of official channels. Of course, we cannot expect that the foremost people leading the UAP investigations, especially at this initial stage, will know everything about every reported incident going back decades....

If you are interested in podcasts I would recommend Mike Ritland a former Navy Seal. He just released a lengthy podcast with former Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher. The podcast covers everything from Eddie Gallagher's early childhood, the enlisting the military and the rest of his military career, which included 8 combat deployments. He also goes into details of his arrest and trial for war crimes. He names names and discusses his plans for the future. Give it look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZqQjYqR96E
