A director of a Kentucky child care center is in custody after being accused of raping a four-year-old girl in his office in May. Adam Weiser, 27, was the site director at One Parent Scholar House in Lexington, 13 News reported. The GED Testing Service requires test-takers be 16 years of age or older. However, most states require that a person be 18 years or older. This needs to change: Anyone age 16 or older should be permitted to take the GED. High achieving students deserve the ability to verify their proficiency in key subjects so they can get on with college. An official says four students were believed to be seriously injured at a high school near Pittsburgh, where a student with a knife stabbed or slashed others, injuring as many as 20.
