    WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Department of Homeland Security has tapped the nation's truckers to help find a man who has been seen taking photographs of tanker equipment. On three separate occasions, the man also asked truck drivers several questions about deliveries and operations, according to the Highway Information Sharing and Analysis Center.
