    Officers were in pursuit of a ‘Armored Personnel Carrier’ in Richmond Tuesday night. According to local media, the stolen vehicle was traveling through the Dinwiddie area. The armored vehicle is not believed to be equipped with any weapons. No injuries have been reported.
