They are using the photo below to pose as Conservatives on forums and blogs and say that Palin refuses to wear an 'American Flag' that it is an Israli flag. The truth is, this is a "Blue Star Family" pin honoring a son in service. Apparently the left has no idea what this pin is or they hope enough gullible people don't look into it.
