Following an allegation that former Vice President Joe Biden inappropriately touched and kissed a former candidate in Nevada during a 2014 campaign event, Whoopi Goldberg is coming to his defense. During "The View" on Monday, the daytime talk show panel addressed the recent allegations Lucy Flores made against Biden, 76, with Goldberg saying that some would say the potential 2020 Democratic candidate is "overly familiar" with people he interacts with and explaining that he’s just “a hands-on kind of guy." Co-host Meghan McCain then went on to discuss how Flores "does not claim this is a MeToo moment" and the...

Instead, he had her sent up to his room, where he appeared in a bathrobe and asked if he could give her a massage or she could watch him shower, she recalled in an interview.

Larry King was a gay eighth-grader who used to come to school in makeup, high heels and earrings. And when the other boys made fun of him, he would boldly tease them right back by flirting with them. That may have been what got him killed. On Feb. 12, another student, Brandon McInerney, 14, shot him twice in the head at the back of the computer lab at their junior high school, police say. The slaying of the 15-year-old boy has alarmed gay rights activists and led to demands that middle schools do more to educate youngsters about discrimination on...

More than 1,000 women will be allowed to join a lawsuit alleging state officials did nothing to stop sexual assaults and other abuse of female patients at Nebraska's three mental health hospitals. U.S. District Judge Lyle Strom ruled Wednesday that the lawsuit filed on behalf of 16 female patients should be a class action, making it applicable to more than 1,000 women who have lived or now live at the centers in Lincoln, Hastings and Norfolk. As many as 100 of those women allegedly were raped and sexually assaulted, according to court documents. Officials at the attorney general's office said...

WASHINGTON, Jan. 4 - Acknowledging serious flaws in how it has dealt with sexual assault within the military, the Pentagon announced steps today aimed at preventing such crimes, investigating them more thoroughly when they occur and treating victims with more consideration. Defense Department officials said that, from now on, there will be one set of definitions among all services, and at every base within each service, on what constitutes sexual assault. There will also be uniform procedures for dealing with possible victims and suspected offenders, the officials said. Some Christian employees of American Airlines think the company's anti-harassment policies – which include a warning not to place a Bible in a Muslim's cubicle – discriminate against them. The warning was included in a written reminder of the company's workplace policies. One of the examples of what might be "considered to be harassment under company policy" was: "Placing a Bible in a Muslim co-worker's cubicle, which could support a claim for harassment." One employee who contacted WND noted, "It makes no mention of a Quran being classified as offensive, the Bhagavad-Gita or any other religious book – EXCEPT the...

Even California first lady Sharon Davis wants to get into the act, diving into the Schwarzenegger accusathon Sunday night to detail her own humiliating groping experience while working as a mini-skirted flight attendant decades ago. "I worked for the airlines," Mrs. Davis told CNN's "Larry King." "In fact, I worked for PSA when we wore short little uniforms." "Because of the type of uniform we wore people felt like they could take liberties and it was humiliating and so I understand [why Arnold's accusers are upset]," she explained. Asked if male passengers had ever grabbed her, Mrs. Davis told King,...
