On June 19, patriots waving flags and ringing a cowbell staged a noisy confrontation with Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) as he attended a meeting of the Orange County Democratic Party in Mission Viejo, Calif. Among other things, they shouted "Fang Fang," a reference to Swalwell's mistress, who is a suspected Communist Chinese spy.

Rep. President Donald Trump has threatened to slap additional 50 per cent tariffs on China if it doesn’t withdraw its retaliatory measures, pushing the possible level of tariffs it faces on exports to the US to over 100 per cent. In a post on Truth Social, the US president said retaliatory Chinese tariffs on US imports of 34 per cent represented an “abuse” that added to harsh taxes US exporters were already facing. Current tariffs faced by China are estimated to be at 54 per cent when Trump’s initial duties on imports are taken into account. “If China does not withdraw...

The U.S. government has banned American government personnel in China, as well as family members and contractors with security clearances, from any romantic or sexual relationships with Chinese citizens, The Associated Press has learned. Four people with direct knowledge of the matter told the AP about the policy, which was put into effect by departing U.S. Ambassador Nicholas Burns in January shortly before he left China. The people would speak only on condition of anonymity to discuss details of a confidential new directive. Though some U.S. agencies already had strict rules on such relationships, a blanket “non-fraternization” policy, as it...

On Friday, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said on CNN’s “News Central” that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and National Security Adviser Michael Waltz should not be in government after using Signal for a chat among senior national security officials. Swalwell said, “I want to know, are they going to continue to use this type of chat environment for future operations? No one has answered that. and every member of Congress, at least on our side, should ask every intelligence official and every military official when they appear under oath before Congress. Are you using signal chat? And by the way, DOGE...

VIDEO Eric Swalwell, the former boyfriend of ChiCom spy Fang Fang, is several years late in conveniently working up laughable outrage over what he claims are leaks of national security. Apparently his lack of self-recognition could be the result of a Bang Bang on the head.

The issue of sex trafficking minors is often treated as a cut-and-dry issue: Soliciting minors for sex is BAD. All caps. We have to protect children. No room for daylight. But we all know that real life is more complicated than a pat answer. Nothing is wholly black and white. Not every act of sexual solicitation is made through a car window on a dark street, not every payment is money left by the bedside table — and not every sexual act committed by a minor is inherently sex trafficking.

When Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) went to the steakhouse at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C. Monday night to dine with (alleged) lobbyists he was a little too loose-lipped, and sadly for him conservative journalist Nick Sortor was seated at the table next to him and heard it all. In fact, Sortor says Swalwell "invaded" his table while he was "inebriated at dinner," and promised a video recap. Sortor says he has audio of the conversation, but he hasn't yet released it. (Presumably, he's getting legal advice before doing so, even though Washington, D.C. is a one-party consent jurisdiction.) He...

New leadership at the FBI is starting an investigation into the origins of the agency’s plan a decade ago to infiltrate the campaign of then-candidate Donald Trump using two female undercover “honeypot” agents. The off-the-books investigation, launched in 2015 by former FBI Director James Comey, was revealed by an agency whistleblower in a protected disclosure to the House Judiciary Committee last year and first reported exclusively by The Washington Times in October. In the intelligence community, a honeypot commonly refers to an undercover operative, usually a woman, who feigns sexual or romantic interest to obtain information from a target.

Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) claimed Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that his lawsuit against President-elect Donald Trump was “not going away.” Host Nicolle Wallace said, “Congressman I heard you have votes, if you have more minute I would love to give you the last word.” Swalwell said, “I do. I will tell you I had lunch with Harry and some of the other officers today with Speaker Pelosi. I wanted to just share with them obviously gratitude during this season of thanks, but also that I am not going away. Adam Schiff and others are not going away. A whole new...

Supporters of President-elect Donald Trump should “sit out” criticizing President Joe Biden for pardoning his son, Hunter Biden, disgraced Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) claimed Monday. Swalwell, who is accused of sleeping with a Chinese spy, tried to defend Joe Biden’s pardon by pointing to the weaponization of Biden’s Justice Department against Trump. Most of the cases and charges against Trump have been dropped after his victory in November, underscoring the political nature of the prosecutions. Swalwell’s defense of Biden’s pardon of his son, moreover, does not square with some other members of his party. “If you defended the 34x felon,...

On Wednesday’s broadcast of “CNN News Central,” Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said that 2024 Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris hasn’t implemented the economic proposals she’s promising now because “she’s been the Vice President and she’s been supporting a president who’s had 15 million jobs created under his presidency, more than any president in my lifetime, but that doesn’t mean that gas and groceries are as affordable as they need to be, and that doesn’t mean enough people who work hard have a home.” Co-host John Berman asked, “Congressman, what you hear from Republicans, though, is, look, if...

A Telegram channel used by Chinese nationals to illegally immigrate to the U.S. also appears to be aiding and abetting prostitution and sex trafficking, a months-long Daily Caller News Foundation investigation discovered. The “American Self-Guided Tour Channel” on Telegram is one of several that facilitates Chinese illegal immigration into the U.S., serving as a hub for documents detailing things like border wall gaps and scripts for obtaining asylum, the DCNF recently reported. The 8,000-member channel is controlled by a self-proclaimed Chinese “cyber police” agent, who regularly bans accounts critical of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The DCNF discovered the Telegram...

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) called a joint press conference on “election integrity” from former President Donald Trump and Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) “absurd” Friday, given the indictments Trump faces over 2020 election interference. “I mean, it’s too rich that Donald Trump and Mike Johnson are talking to us about election integrity. That’s like having to listen to a lecture by Bonnie and Clyde on bank security. I mean, it’s absurd considering what they did in the 2020 election to try and overturn it,” Swalwell said during an appearance on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360”.

The Chinese operative, who was Rep. Eric Swalwell's (D-CA) personal companion and staffer, broke cover in an X-post of her sitting with a Global Times reporter nearly 10 years after her abrupt exit from the United States—shortly after the FBI warned Swalwell she was a foreign agent.“I had lunch with this lady today. Her name is Fang Fang, and U.S. media called her a ‘suspected Chinese spy,’ wrote Hu XiJin, along with the operative who became an omnipresent force in San Francisco Bay Democratic politics—with significant dalliances in the Midwest.Hu wrote that Fang Fang, who presented herself in the U.S....

California Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell, known for using his campaign war chest as a "personal piggy bank," according to watchdog group American Accountability Foundation, spent campaign funds at the Super Bowl and paid $50,000 to NFL teams for "event tickets," records show. Swalwell, a San Francisco 49ers superfan, attended the big game in Las Vegas with his wife on Feb. 11, where his beloved team lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. "Not the outcome we wanted," Swalwell said in a social media post from the game. Swalwell’s attendance raises questions about how a congressman known for facing financial struggles was...

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) went after former President Trump for his legal woes in an interview on MSNBC Saturday. “I’ll take the individual who’s 81 over the guy who has 91 felony counts,” Swalwell said, making a reference to President Biden’s age in an interview on MSNBC’s “The Katie Phang Show” on Saturday. “It’s not about two individuals,” Swalwell continued, speaking about the 2024 election. “It’s about the idea of competence versus chaos, or even greater, freedom versus fascism. If we make it about those ideas, and what they mean in our daily lives, we’re gonna win.”

(KRON) — Bay Area Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Livermore) took a swipe on prosecutors who are soft on violent crime on X, formerly Twitter, Thursday. The Democratic representative was retweeting a story about a 2-year-old boy who was kidnapped when the car he was in was carjacked. “My wife and I play these scenarios over in our head all the time,” Swalwell tweeted. “We’ve practiced going out through the back seat to get our kids out of our car if we are carjacked.”

Hunter Biden appeared for a last-minute press conference on Wednesday morning, much to the surprise of House Republicans who met in a hearing room across Capitol Hill at the same time awaiting a scheduled deposition with the president’s son. Republicans on the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Biden to appear before the committee for a private deposition on Wednesday, a request he repeatedly denied to push for a public hearing instead. When Republicans refused to do so until a private meeting was held, Biden staged public remarks of his own — appearing outside the Capitol to respond to the committee’s allegations...
