I think this whole concert is available on youtube. Phenomenal production. Great songs. As good as the music is, to watch the audience take that stroll with them - while singing every word - makes it that much better.

Here's a 29 minute 57 second video of the Shindig Halloween Show from 1965. The only copy available available has a missing five minute segment that had four cut songs including Boris Karloff singing The Monster Mash! The missing audio segment was recorded by Lionelatwill in 1965, when he was only a kid, (a smart kid) and those missing minutes were edited in to the video from the 13:17 to 19:15 section. Recorded in 1976 at Musicland, Munich, West Germany, the song features a dramatic orchestral opening before transforming into an upbeat rock song. Although never released as a single, the song was a fan favorite and was performed live at every ELO concert including the Zoom tour in 2001. When inducting ELO into the Rock and Hall of Fame, Dhani Harrison made several references to the song, saying "Someone had actually thrown me down a line, and my life was changed." Louis Clark, the string arranger and conductor who enriched Electric Light Orchestra's music in the '70s and '80s, reportedly died Saturday, Feb. 12, at the age of 73. Saw ELO at Denver Pepsi Center last Wednesday, 8,8,2018. Wow, show looked to n=be sold out. The wife and I had great seats. Section BBB, row 7. That is the center of the floor, row 7. It was amazing. Around 20 songs and I knew them all. It has been 35 years since ELO played in the USA and I was there. They have more dates before their last date in London. Two nights at Madison Square Gardens in NYC. Maybe 8 shows remaining. I highly recommend.

TOTNES, England, Sept. 6 (UPI) -- An early member of the 1970s rock group ELOwas killed when his van was crushed by a bale of hay, British police said.

A founding member of ELO has been killed in a freak accident when a giant hay bale rolled out of a field and landed on his van. Cellist Mike Edwards died instantly when the 50-stone cylindrical bale careered down a slope, flipped 15ft over a hedge and smashed on to the roof of his van. Mr Edwards, 62, was known for unconventional cello playing including plucking the strings with an orange or grapefruit and his bizarre customs which became a major ingredient of ELO, the Electric Light Orchestra.
