The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Friday to keep Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on the presidential ballot in the state for the November election. Kennedy filed a suit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission last month seeking to be removed from the ballot after dropping out of the race and endorsing former President Donald Trump. The WEC voted to keep him on the ballot, citing state law that independent candidates who file nomination papers before the Aug. 6 deadline cannot be removed from the ballot unless they die. That's in contrast to Republican and Democrat candidates, whose parties have until 5 p.m....

Why would Donald Trump devote valuable campaign time to talking with podcast hosts about cocaine benders, golf swings and boxing legends? The strategy driving this is no secret. Trump's campaign has acknowledged what it sees as a key to victory on Nov. 5: Turning out politically apathetic men. His team believes there's a goldmine of votes to be tapped among men, especially young men, who dislike politicians and aren't keen on voting. But if they do happen to cast a ballot, they'd prefer Trump. Reaching these men is step one. Trump's campaign co-manager shed light on this during the Republican...

This afternoon, two members of Nikki Haley's leadership team in Michigan, announced their support of Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz. In a new piece published in the Michigan Chronicle, Jimmy Greene and Bill Nowling note that "as Republicans, we believe character and integrity matter" and "now, we will vote for Vice President Kamala Harris." In their piece, they encourage other Republicans to join them in supporting the Harris/Walz ticket this November. In making the argument to fellow Republicans, Greene and Nowling assert that they have many disagreements with Vice President Harris, but that "she is a person...

"Extinguish Trump for good." Those are the words of the sitting Secretary of Commerce to the viewers of MSNBC. "Extinguish." "For good." Seems very clear to me. BREAKING: Biden’s Secretary of Commerce just told Democrats to “extinguish Trump for good.” pic.twitter.com/vez1vMp7ud— Natalie Winters (@nataliegwinters) September 25, 2024How about the current President of the United States miming the squashing of Donald Trump like a bug as he joins the harridans of The View? It's not quite the founder of The Lincoln Project actually calling on people to "put a bullet" in Donald Trump, but it's pretty obvious what he meant. Joe...

There may be a big shift underway. Over the last couple of days, there has been some real movement in some of the polls back to former President Donald Trump. The reality of Kamala Harris's emptiness seems to be setting in, and it looks like her avoidance of questions may now be backfiring on her. We just saw the recent NYT/Siena College Poll and the Emerson College polls. Those were already showing some good numbers for Trump, with NYT showing him up by 5 points in Arizona, 4 points in Georgia, and 2 in North Carolina. Then Emerson has Trump...

A Napolitan News survey, conducted by RMG Research, of 491 likely voters found that 50 percent would back Sheehy, compared to 43 percent who would support Tester in November. In a previous Napolitan survey conducted in August, Tester was ahead in the Montana Senate race by 5 points (49 percent to 44). The outcome of the Senate race between Tester and Sheehy, along with the general election between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris in November, could end up determining who controls the upper chamber next year. The Democrats currently control the Senate by a 51-49 seat margin, including four independent...

Chris and Eric Weinstein discuss Kamala Harris’ repeated phrase. Where does this phrase come from and are we under estimating Kamala Harris? Can you please try and explain to me what you interpret by "what can be unburdened by what has been"? What does that mean? There's a line in Marx where...sometimes you hear certain phrases Like "A World to Win" AOC uses the phrase We Have A World to Win which comes from the end of the communist manifest originally written in German. I used to hang out in the Revolutionary bookstore in Cambridge Massachusetts with the Communists because...

The Oregon Department of Transportation and the secretary of state’s office today released new information about the number of non-citizen voters who were mistakenly placed on voter rolls, upping the total number of voters erroneously placed on the rolls from 306 to 1,259.In a Monday afternoon press conference, ODOT director Kris Strickler said the mistakes resulted from a “data processing” errors in ODOT’s Oregon Driver & Motor Vehicle Services division, which he said the agency deeply regrets. Strickler explained that DMV discovered the errors after an inquiry from a think-tank called the Institute for Responsive Government.

Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky is back in the United States in an attempt to rally more support for his country's defensive war against Russia. But while his past visits have largely remained standard fare for foreign dignitaries (aside from his refusal to wear anything but olive drab), this latest trip has Republicans justifiably crying foul. [snip] Zelensky arrived in Pennsylvania on Monday, a hotly-contested election battleground state, courtesy of a U.S. taxpayer-funded C-17 Globemaster. What followed looked and sounded much more like a campaign stop than a diplomatic event, leaving onlookers to wonder exactly what the real purpose was. The day...

I took this photo of a billboard off of either State Route 51 or I-17 in Phoenix. This season, the wall to wall law firm and cannabis billboards are giving some ground to political billboards. Both sides are represented, and neither side is pushing issues on the billboards. Trump Billboards: Arizonans LOVE Trump (superimposed over AZ state flag) TeamUnity (Trump, flanked by Vance, RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek Ramaswamy) And the above (which I count as pro-Trump) "If It's Not Close, They Can't Cheat" The Harris Billboards are: "I'm a Conservative. I am voting Harris."--Kevin, Arizona. (Kevin is pictured.)...

The US Department of State has issued a Level 4 "Do Not Travel" advisory for Haiti due to widespread crime, including kidnapping, sexual assault, murder, and ransom demands. The advisory highlights the country's deteriorating security situation, which has worsened since March when thousands of inmates escaped from two of Haiti's largest prisons after armed gangs stormed the facilities. Haiti has been under a state of emergency since then. The State Department has urged US citizens to avoid travel to Haiti, citing rampant crime, civil unrest, and a severely limited healthcare system. Kidnappings are particularly rampant, with US citizens among the...

Oprah Winfrey had a townhall style “interview” with Kamala Harris. All of the ruling class were in attendance —Julie Roberts, Meryl Streep, Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Tracey Ellis Ross — most of whom are afflicted with existential angst as opposed to, you know, practical problems of daily life? I’m sure an event with Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts was a great way to win over undecided Voters. They’re probably out there thinking, I can’t put food on the table, and I can’t send my kid to school without worrying about them coming home and asking for puberty blockers, and what...

In case of a tie, the House of Representatives would decide. This favors Trump. But what are the odds? I make a guess...The above map is not contrived or convoluted. It is the current state of affairs except for Nebraska and a small lead for Harris in Nevada, reversed in the above map. However….Please note Republicans Push to Change Nebraska’s Electoral SystemNebraska Republicans are pushing for the state to change its electoral vote process to a winner-take-all system, which could give former President Donald Trump an extra electoral vote in this year’s close presidential race.Nebraska’s all-Republican congressional delegation sent a...

The Wisconsin Elections Commission, which is represented by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, filed a petition to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to take up Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s case to remove himself from November ballots. The commission also filed it's response to Kennedy's legal appeal. The petition argues the case is "highly time sensitive and hugely consequential for a the people of Wisconsin." It states Kennedy's proposal to use stickers to cover his name is poorly conceived, would require thousands of hours of extra work and create a logistical nightmare. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s legal team filed a brief in...

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will reportedly stay publicly neutral in the US presidential election and have simply urged Americans to go out and vote. The couple marked National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday by getting the Archewell team to take part in a letter-writing activity. Staff sent out letters to unregistered voters to encouraged them to vote in the upcoming presidential election. The statement read: 'Voting is not just a right; it's a fundamental way to influence the fate of our communities. 'At The Archewell Foundation, we recognize that civic engagement, no matter one's political party, is at...

As I pointed out yesterday, PM Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party was facing a special election in Montreal where they were at risk of losing a once-safe seat. As expected, the Liberals lost the seat though not to the NDP but to a candidate from the Bloq Quebecois. The pressure on Trudeau to step aside will only increase after this loss, the second loss for the Liberal Party in just a few monthsThe defeat will raise the pressure on the 52-year-old leader to step aside before the next election, which is scheduled for October 2025 but may happen earlier than that.It’s...

Prime Mnister Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party suffered two byelection losses Monday night. With results in, Liberal candidates lost in both contests. In the perpetually safe seat in Montreal of LaSalle—Émard—Verdun, the Liberal candidate lost to the Bloc Québécois' Louis-Philippe Sauvé, in a tight three-way race. In the Manitoba riding of Winnipeg's Elmwood —Transcona the NDP's Leila Dance defeated the Conservative Party with the Liberals a distant third. In Montreal, Liberal candidate Laura Palestini had insisted “It’s about me. It’s not about the PM. I will let myself be the … prime focus of this election.” Former Justice Minister David Lametti...

“Donald Trump is looking increasingly likely to be the winner of the presidential race. I have long held that the globalists will wrap up an economic collapse or a world war and throw it in Trump’s lap.” — Brandon Smith. This time, the shooter lives to do some ‘splainin’. Do you wonder if he might get around to ‘splainin’ his role with the shady non-governmental orgs (NGOs) supported by the CIA who enabled his travels to Ukraine and his efforts there recruiting global mutts to fight for the Nazi-ish Azov Battalion? Perhaps he might rat-out actual government officials who assisted...
