Republican senators are calling on Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) to concede Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate race to Republican Dave McCormick.
McCormick currently leads Casey by 30,679 votes, 3,336,691 to 3,306,012, with 95 percent of the vote reported, the New York Times’ election results show as of 1:07 p.m. Eastern.
While the Associated Press has yet to call the race, Republicans led by Senate Minority Whip John Thune (R-SD) are calling on Casey to acknowledge a McCormick victory.
“Pennsylvania’s going to come home, Joe,” Thune told CNBC’s Squawk Box on Thursday. “I hope that they will call that soon, they should, and Bob Casey should concede there.”

This would make it 53 presumably?
Looking (cheating) for votes.
Hovde shouldn’t concede in WI though. Very close, or was.
Same in NV. Brown is close
PA would make it 53 in the Senate for the GOP. While only one more seat, it sounds a lot better than 52.
The cheating, or Thune grasping for the crown?
From the article:
“When the race is finally called, McCormick, assuming he wins, will give Republicans at least a 53-seat majority, with two more pickup opportunities still on the table in Arizona and Nevada.”
The Rats were able to “find” just enough ballots to win/steal the Senate seats in Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada and maybe Arizona.
The late found ballots ALWAYS favor the Rat candidate, ALWAYS. When is the GOP EVER going to do something about this?
It would be great to finally kick Casey to the curb.
While the Associated Press has yet to call the race.....
They are in shock.....................
Concessions mean nothing, really. Whoever has the most votes at the end of the day wins, concession or no. McCormick’s lead is too small with 5% of the vote yet to be counted.
I can’t help but wonder, though, why some states, even big ones, can get all of their votes counted in a timely manner, while others seem to take days, or in some cases even weeks.
Yet another reason to not have the Presidency determined by national popular vote with each state conducting its elections and vote counting in different ways.
If the margin of victory is less than 0.5%, there is an automatic recount. Currently McCormick’s lead is 0.4%.
Hovde shouldn’t concede in WI though. Very close, or was.
He was well ahead until 2:30-3am when boxes of ballots were “found” uncounted in Milwaukee.
Please, God, don’t let them steal this seat.
I’m in PA and Casey is just a name, never does anything for the people, always sides with rest of Democrat party no matter the issue.
They’re trying to steal this with ‘ballot’ dumps. Pray they fail.
Dems don’t look for votes when it is spread over days.....they look for ways to cheat.
This race needs to be called.
If Casey loses, the title “Dumbest Man in the Senate” will be up for grabs.
55 would be better, but 53 neutralizes Murkowski-Collins-Romney.
Romney may well switch parties. I agree that in PA, NV and WI we need to “count every vote”, even those GOP votes we can “find”.
Casey is an empty suit. Am amazed he gets the votes he does.
Roger stone said it’s a delay tactic while they look for a way to steal the election.
He’s holding up for magically found, and fraudulently created ballots appearing out of nowhere
