YouTube said it would remove content that falsely alleges approved vaccines are dangerous and cause severe health effects, expanding the video platform’s efforts in curbing misinformation on Covid-19 to other vaccines. Examples of content that would be taken down include claims that approved vaccines cause autism, cancer or infertility and that they don’t reduce transmission or contraction of the disease, the Alphabet Inc.
