State lawmaker Bob Keenan says his primary campaign against incumbent Sen. Conrad Burns won't have much money and will mostly be built around a monthlong RV tour of Montana with his wife and children. Keenan said he expects to raise about $100,000 - compared to the millions Burns has in his campaign coffers. The well-known legislator from Bigfork said he won't have money for expensive media campaigns or a campaign staff. Instead, he plans to spend May shaking hands with people across the state, an “old-fashioned, grass-roots, power-of-one campaign.”
