Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will testify on Capitol Hill for a second time next week about his report on the FBI’s probe of Trump campaign associates. The Department of Justice's (DOJ) inspector general is investigating former FBI Director James Comey's handling of memos he wrote to memorialize his conversations with President Trump.
