    Republicans haven’t quite settled on a mayoral candidate yet, but they do seem to have ruled one person out: Bo Dietl. Dietl’s longshot bid to be the party’s nominee despite not being a registered member of it would require an OK from three of the five county Republican committees — but the five party leaders spoke by phone on Saturday, a conversation which included “no support for Mr. Dietl,” Queens GOP Chair and former congressman Bob Turner said Wednesday as he endorsed Republican Paul Massey.
