California’s new universal health care passed the Senate in a Thursday vote, and drew criticism from the unlikeliest of places: Democrats. Northern Virginia Congressman Jim Moran (D-VA, 8th District) reportedly called Vice President Cheney an "ass-kisser," adding that President Bush doesn't read books, only reads the sports section of the newspaper and surrounds himself with people who just tell him what he wants to hear.
