New York City Mayor Eric Adams has been indicted in the Southern District of New York as part of an expansive federal corruption investigation into numerous city officials and public figures. The indictment remains under seal for the moment.The National Pulse reported earlier this month that one of Adams’s top allies, NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban, had his residence raided by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Caban resigned following the raid. Last Friday, federal law enforcement raided his successor, interim NYPD Commissioner Thomas Donlon.
